Directions

When you need help falling asleep, take 1 capsule of NiteThru®️directly before bedtime to rest throughout the night. Limit consistent use to two months straight with a break of one week. Though melatonin is a natural product, consult with your doctor about appropriate dosage (if any) if you are pregnant, nursing or under any medical supervision. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur.
